Message from the Ramapo Police Department

The Ramapo Police Department is aware of the call for action made by Hamas regarding the ongoing war in the Middle East.

Ramapo PD continues to stay in contact with our law enforcement partners including both State and Federal agencies.

At this time, there are no know credible threats to the Town of Ramapo or its neighboring communities.  However, the Ramapo PD takes our commitment to our community's safety seriously.

As a result, we have significantly increased our patrol efforts throughout the Town.

We will remain ever vigilant at this situation unfolds.

We encourage our community to do the same by reporting any suspicious activity directly to law enforcement

By now everyone should be familiar with the idea of "See something, say something."

This is more important now than ever before.
