Village Justice Court

Adjudicates civil and criminal cases, vehicle and traffic offenses, landlord-tenant cases, and small claims.  Handles all violations of Village Code. 

For small claims, the amount in dispute must be $3,000.00 or less and the defendant must be an individual living in Wesley Hills or with a place of business in Wesley Hills. Suit must be for monetary damages only. Please click here for a guide to small claims.
