AMS Acquisitions - 15 Terrace Road Subdivision Documents Available Online

Area Map

The Village of Wesley Hills Planning Board application of AMS Acquisitions to create a new subdivision in Wesley Hills has been generating significant interest from residents of its surrounding neighborhoods.  This property consists of 20.58 acres of land north of the Lime Kiln School and the Village's Greg Sikorsky Park, and between the neighborhoods containing Powder Horn Road and Rockwood Lane.  The developers are proposing a 14 lot subdivision.

For ease of access by our residents to the documents under discussion at the Planning Board meetings, the Village has decided to make available online some of the documents that are part of this application.  Those documents may be accessed by clicking HERE.  The documents that have been uploaded are those relevant to the upcoming meetings.  As of 7/9/21, the documents available online include:

  • The initial application for preliminary plat approval
  • An area map to help you understand where this land is
  • 4 proposed alternative sketches for road system, lot layout, topography, park access, detention ponds...
  • A traffic assessment report

There are other documents on file at Village Hall that may have become outdated as the plans have changed and have therefore not been uploaded.  The entire file is a public record and may be viewed by anyone who wishes to see it at Village Hall during business hours.  The Village will continue to upload additional documents as they are submitted.

This application will be discussed (in person) by the Planning Board at its July 28th meeting and will be continued to future Planning Board meetings until completion of the Planning Board process.

Best regards,

Marshall Katz, Mayor
