Wesley Hills On-line Complaint System Goes Live

Form

Have you ever noticed a problem in the Village that you wanted to call about, but it was not during our office hours.  We now have a solution. Thanks to our on-line complaint system, you can now let us know 24 hours a day about issues that require attention. Complaints may be submitted by clicking on the "Submit a Complaint" button in the Action Center on the Village's homepage.

Complaints can be about a specific property or area in the Village (such as a problem on a specific street) and may be left anonymously if you choose.

The system is currently set up to accept the following types of complaints:

  • Berm damage
  • Brush clearing
  • Catch basins
  • Clearing and filling violations
  • Dead animals (in the road)
  • Garbage
  • Mailbox damage
  • Manholes
  • Potholes
  • Property maintenance
  • Snow plowing
  • Traffic signs
  • Tree removal
  • Unregistered vehicles
  • Work without a permit

I hope that you will find this additional way to communicate with Village Hall to be useful.

Please note, that while the system can be used at any time, action on submissions will only occur during office hours, so emergency issues requiring immediate attention should be reported to the Ramapo Police.

Best regards,

Marshall Katz, Mayor
