Email List System Changes, Illegal Signs

Dear Residents,

Village Email List System Changes

The Village is changing the system we use to manage our emails to residents.  This change will allow the Village to publish emails and update the News and Urgent Alerts sections of our website in a single action.  From your perspective as a recipient of our emails, please note the following:

• Instead of emails coming from mayor@wesleyhills.org they will be coming from cmsmailer@civicplus.com.  They will still state “Village of Wesley Hills” at the top of the email.
• You will no longer be able to respond to my emails by hitting the “Reply” button.  If you need to reply to a message, please use the “Forward” button and put in my email address (mayor@wesleyhills.org). 

Illegal Signs

The sign pictured below was put up throughout the Village in contravention of our Village Code.  The offending company was contacted and asked to remove the signs and committed to doing so by last night and has not complied.  As a community, I would hope we can send a message to such offenders by not utilizing their services unless they comply with our laws and remove their signs.
