Howard and his wife Maya moved to Wesley Hills from Brooklyn in 1983, shortly after the village's creation.
They raised three daughters in the village.
Howard is an attorney who for past 30 years has represented people who have suffered injury as a result of the negligence of others.
He has offices in NY, NJ and NC .
Howard was elected to office in 2006 as a trustee and has been active in making our community a better place to live for all of its citizens.
