The Planning Board is responsible for all special permits for property use, such as:

• Business and Professional Offices
• Wireless Communications Services
• Tennis Courts
• Satellite Dishes
• Home Occupations
• Religious Uses

The Planning Board meets every fourth Wednesday of the month.
